CyberPeace Institute: Playing with Lives Report and microsite
The CyberPeace Institute is an independent and neutral nongovernmental organization whose mission is to ensure the rights of people to security, dignity and equity in cyberspace. It works to reduce the harms from cyberattacks on people’s lives worldwide by analyzing cyberattacks, exposing their societal impact, showing how international laws and norms are being violated, and advancing responsible behavior to enforce cyberpeace.
The Report focuses on the impact of cyberattacks on people and society, demonstrating the complexity, magnitude and scope of the cyber threat to healthcare, from ransomware through disinformation to COVID-19-related cyberespionage. We were asked to design the Report, Executive Summary and associated “teaser” microsite, which aims to highlight some of the key issues dealt with in the Report. Infographics inject vibrancy and help explain the detailed findings in a clear and impactful manner.
