  • The unusual, horizontally-scrolling interface of our website for Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, which numbers amongst Taschen’s 1000 Favourite Websites (by the eponymous publisher). We designed and produced the site, which provides prospective art and design students around the world with direct access to information on over 900 courses. The site has received numerous design awards, including a BIMA nomination, and has been critically acclaimed by the media, featuring in national newspapers and design publications such as Eye magazine.

    The systems we have put in place for the website have significantly reduced the time that College staff spend responding to enquiries, and the introduction of online booking facilities for part-time courses has led to a marked increase in sales (see 8·2). The online database that powers the site also generates downloadable PDFs dynamically, upon demand, and brochure artwork, fully optimised for print (see 5·4 and 6·1).
