A new campaign for Prix du Public UBS, 4 | 8 | 2011

The Prix du Public UBS is an official award – worth 30,000 Swiss francs – of Festival del film Locarno and it has been sponsored by UBS since 1996. Past winners include films such as ‘Smoke’, ‘Microcosmos’, ‘The Full Monty’, ‘Lagaan, Once Upon a Time in India’, ‘Bend it Like Beckham’, ‘The Syrian Bride’, ‘Das Leben der Anderen’, ‘Death at a Funeral’ and ‘Monsieur Lazhar’. A series of short films celebrating the people who won the award is the centerpiece of the campaign. Amongst the first to be interviewed: Anna Galiena, Bruno Ganz, Claude Nuridsany, Marie Pérennou and Alessandro D’Alatri. The campaign will continue until 2014. Il Prix du Public UBS è un premio ufficiale del Festival del film Locarno del valore di FrS 30’000 ed è sponsorizzato da UBS dal 1996. Tra le opere vincitrici del prestigioso premio si possono citare ‘Smoke’, ‘Microcosmos’, ‘The Full Monty’, ‘Lagaan, Once Upon a Time in India’, ‘Bend it Like Beckham’, ‘The Syrian Bride’, ‘Das Leben der Anderen’, ‘Death at a Funeral’ e ‘Monsieur Lazhar’. Una serie di brevi filmati che ritrova i protagosti dei film vincitori è il fulcro della campagna.
